Self-service cash register system e-MARKET sales & cash register is a modern HW and SW system application suitable for shops, sales organizations and providers of restaurant or other services within a defined space.
Description of technology
From the point of view of customer movement, it is a closed or limited sales area, which can be entered only in compliance with the established rules. In front of the entrance to the confined space, there is a vending machine that issues RFID cards or cards with a QR code for unambiguous customer identification. By passing through the entrance turnstile, the RFID or QR card is activated for purchases. Inside the shopping area, there is a payment e-KIOSEK, which accepts cash and non-cash payments, and a security turnstile at the exit.
The price for the purchased goods or services is summarized to a unique customer account. The customer pays the final account with the payment e-KIOSK, thus eliminating the contact of the staff with the receipt of payments.
The system is connected to the trader's and warehouse system.
Brief description of application software
The shopper will receive a paper card with a QR code or an RFID card enabling a one-time entry at the entry machine. At the same time, a temporary shopping account is generated for this card when passing through the entrance turnstile in the cash register system. The purchase of goods, consumption of food or services are carried out non-cash so that the price for the goods, food or services taken is summarized to the customer's account with each business transaction. When leaving, e-KIOSEK checks the status of the account and asks for payment. After paying the bill, the exit turnstile will be released.
It is also possible to use RFID loyalty cards with multiple entries, which have a permanent account.
