The e-HOTEL POINT reception allows you to provide accommodation services during the reception outside normal opening hours and at the same time automates the entire registration process. In full use, it is possible to check in and check out of the hotel guest completely self-service without the personal presence of the hotel staff.

Brief description of application software
The hotel guest uses the services of the e-HOTEL POINT reception via the e-KIOSK. After entering the reservation number or the reservation QR code, the guest is asked to attach a personal document to the e-KIOSK scanner. After validation of personal data, e-KIOSEK issues a room online RFID card or, for another type of key, unlocks the box into which the operator has inserted the key in advance.
In case of arrival of the guest without reservation, e-KIOSEK will verify the occupancy of the accommodation facility. If there is free accommodation capacity, a reservation will be made and payment will be made directly at the kiosk. The guest's check-out takes place in a similar way.
