Description of technology
In accordance with GDPR rules, the system automates the management of the patient's time order, prints tickets with a serial number and displays the current processed order on the display. Both the doctor and the nurse have an overview of the number of patients waiting at all times.
Patients know their order in the time queue, they can leave the waiting room and use the time in another way. The system gives the possibility to automatically call the patient in time before the end of the order by SMS.
Control and setup of the system is very simple for the nurse.
Intuitive operation is also adapted for patients who are less familiar with modern technologies.
A fixed order in the order of patients eliminates conflicts and the transmission of infectious diseases in the waiting room.
Brief description of application software
If the staff of the surgery allows it, the patient can order in advance via the Internet and get their order according to their choice from the free dates offered by the surgery.
In other cases, after arriving at the waiting room, the patient presses the e-KIOSK button. The machine prints a ticket with a serial number. A part of the ordering and calling system is a large-area display, which shows the current order of the patient.
Information on the number of registered patients and the current order is continuously displayed on the PC in the surgery.
