Description of technology
The e-BOZP application provides safety training according to the specific job classification of the employee and according to the levels of required knowledge. In addition, the training can be completed individually, self-service and at any time according to the current needs of the company.
Optionally, after successful training, it is possible to print a control QR code with all relevant information on a sticker. The code affixed to the safety helmet or the back of the RFID employee card allows the employee to be checked immediately anytime, anywhere. A standard smartphone with a QR code reader application is enough to check the QR code.
The e-OSH application can also perform and register OSH training for visitors, including the automatic issuance of a visitor RFID card.
Brief description of application software
The training is selected automatically according to the user's login. The employee is identified by an RFID card or employee number and appropriate training is made available to him. The training ends with a randomly generated test. After successfully passing the test, the employee confirms the completed training on the signature tablet and the data is stored in the company's personnel system.
Similarly, health and safety training for visitors takes place, after successfully completing the training, the visitor will receive a temporary RFID card and can enter the company's premises.
