e-AUTOPARK
The e-AUTOPARK self-service planning, registration and dispensing system automates, simplifies and speeds up the planning, registration and handling of shared company vehicles.
Description of technology
e-AUTOPARK allows to automate the planning of business trips, the registration of company vehicles, their current technical condition, the date of the technical inspection, the condition of the tachometer and the recording of technical faults in normal operation. Above all, it handles the registration and mechanism of mutual transfer of vehicles between individual drivers, even outside normal working hours.
Lockable security boxes directly controlled by the e-AUTOPARK application are intended for handover, in which documents, a key from a company car, or other documents are stored.
Registration and authorization of individual persons to handle vehicles is solved using employee RFID cards.
From the HW point of view, the information e-KIOSEK must be supplemented with lockable boxes controlled by an RFID employee card with the appropriate authorization.
Brief description of application software
The employee logs in to the application by attaching his RFID employee card. The e-KIOSK monitor displays information about the assigned vehicle, information about the planned business trip and the number of the dispensing box, in which the documents and the car key are stored, and which opens after confirmation by the employee.
When the vehicle returns, the same registration process takes place, with the employee entering data on the end of the business trip, the condition of the vehicle, and inserting the key and all documents into the designated security box, which is automatically locked. If the fault is not reported, the vehicle is automatically prepared for the next driver.
