Description of technology
The OSH application is designed as a combination of virtual and HW e-OSH KIOSK. This combination ensures the completion of self-service health and safety training via a PC or Internet platform for any large group of workers. e-BOZP KIOSEK physically completes the virtual training by signing the trained person on the tablet and issues a personalized employee RFID card for successful graduates of the control test. When the RFID card is issued, a sticker with a QR code about the completed health and safety training is printed. The sticker can be visibly affixed to the employee's RFID card or to the employee's safety helmet and thus serve to quickly check the validity of the safety training of an individual employee.
The connection to the Electronic Attendance Register is also implemented in the system.
Brief description of application software
The training is selected automatically according to the user's login. The employee is identified by an RFID card or employee number and appropriate training is made available to him. The training ends with a randomly generated test. After successfully passing the test, the employee confirms the completed training on the signature tablet and the data is stored in the company's personnel system.
Similarly, health and safety training for visitors takes place, after successfully completing the training, the visitor will receive a temporary RFID card and can enter the company's premises.
