The self-service information, visitor, training and testing system e-RECEPTION with the e-VISIT application ensures fast and comfortable handling of company visits in various types of receptions and gatehouses.
Description of technology
Together with a touch or mechanical keyboard, card reader and document scanner, it allows you to fully automate the process of recording visits. The automation of the visit check-in process, together with the optional OSH training and visitor information function, not only speeds up and simplifies the operation of receptions and gatehouses, but also reduces staffing requirements and minimizes labor costs.
The e-RECEPTION kiosk can be used as a fully automated virtual gatehouse, or to the existing gatehouse as a self-service option to speed up the entry and training of visitor health and safety, especially in exposed times.
For employees, e-RECEPTION functions as an information kiosk with possible functions of attendance records, catering system, e-health and safety training, automatic handover of e-AUTOPARK company vehicles, etc. The kiosk can also be a payment for in-house payments.
Brief description of application software
The shopper will receive a paper card with a QR code or an RFID card enabling a one-time entry at the entry machine. At the same time, a temporary shopping account is generated for this card when passing through the entrance turnstile in the cash register system. The purchase of goods, consumption of food or services are carried out non-cash so that the price for the goods, food or services taken is summarized to the customer's account with each business transaction. When leaving, e-KIOSEK checks the status of the account and asks for payment. After paying the bill, the exit turnstile will be released.
It is also possible to use RFID loyalty cards with multiple entries, which have a permanent account.
